Covid-19: A message to our customers from Hytec

As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, our thoughts go out to all who have been impacted. I wish a speedy recovery to all those who are ill and to those whose loved ones are battling this virus.

As a valued member of the Hytec customer user community, we appreciate the trust you place in us to make sure all your cyber security services continue as usual. I wanted to reassure you that Hytec is 100% focused on ensuring we deliver an uninterrupted  service during this unprecedented period. If there is anything we can do to extend our  services to enable you to release internal capacity to focus on supporting your front line, then please get in touch so we can have a conversation on how we can help.

Hytec has been employing digital and remote working methods across the organisation for a number of years. With this in mind, we enabled all our staff to work from home and migrated to a fully virtual operational model from the start of this week. Our colleagues are up and running, working from home around the UK.

Please be reassured that we have business continuity plans in place to ensure we provide an uninterrupted service to you, alongside whilst remaining diligent and responsive to government recommendations and guidance. We appreciate that these are unprecedented times and the critical nature of your work means that all your energies and resources will be prioritised to support front-line service. Pleased be assured that, we are taking the situation very seriously and working through how we need to evolve our services.

Finally, I wanted to state how proud my colleagues and I are to work in this sector. Thank you to everyone that is on the front line, and to those doing the right thing and looking out for others.
