Hytec's SecureAccess Managed Service creates an environment for greater organisationla flexibility, secure communications and more efficient processes.

SecureAccess allows you to incease the mobility of your workforce in the confidence that, wherever they are, they can still obtain secure accss to their key business systems.  It also allows you to provide customers or suppliers with encryped remote access to those network resources or business systems you have authorised them to access.

Simplicity of use

Authorised users with access to a web browser - say from a home

computer, a remote office or an Internet cafe - only need to type in the web address of your private network.  Security then comes in the form of two-factor authentication and the built-in SSL security features of a standard web browser.

The Service

SecureAccess is a three-year managed security service comprising six core elements:

• SSL VPN - F5's FirePass appliance
• Authentication - SecurID appliance, with two-factot authentication, from RSA
• Implementation - Integration with exeisting security systems, individual user authentication and granular applications access
• 24x7x365 Monitoring - Network and applications availability and incidents
• Management - Incident management (notify, rectify, escalate) and change control
• Full Reporting - Incident reporting in real-time, monthly summaries and quarterly service reviews
