June 2009: Hytec becomes infrastructure arm of OLM

With the introduction of its new website, Hytec announces its restructuring as the infrastructure products and services arm of OLM Group.

The new business integrates the teams from Hytec Information Security Limited with OLM’s mobile data team (previously known as Integral Mobile Data) and OLM’s systems integration and technical services functions.

To be known simply as ‘Hytec’, the new business will be managed by David Bryant, previously Managing Director of Hytec Information Security Limited, and will be headquartered from the company’s Eynsham office near Oxford.

Commenting on the 'new Hytec', David Bryant said: “We are a people business and, amongst our team, we have people with  world class skills. The integration of these competencies under a single management team will deliver significant benefits to our customers and colleagues. The move allows us to deliver totally integrated solutions, spanning a range of technology competencies, and support our customers with additional technical and management resource.”
