Proactive Support and Management
Hytec’s support team are on call as our customer requires- be this for a normal 9-5 working day, or 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This gives our clients total peace of mind, knowing that their IT systems are continuously monitored and looked after by our team of IT support experts, who can be called upon to resolve any network or infrastructure issue.
We provide a range of managed services that include hosting, network and systems administration, security monitoring and the management of VPNs, firewall and authentication systems.
