David Bryant
David Bryant is an acknowledged expert in information security, networking and infrastructure development and has been Hytec's Managing Director since 1995. He joined the company in January 1981, as Software Support Manager, and has held various positions including Customer Services Manager and Sales Manager before becoming Sales Director in the team that undertook the MBO of Hytec in1992.
Since Hytec became part of OLM Group in 2008, David has undertaken the role of consolidating all of the Group infrastructure products and services into a cohesive division, embracing solutions for Mobile, Systems Integration, Information Security and Infrastructure Management from offices in Oxford, Teddington, Newport and Glasgow.
David is also a Director of Socitm (The Society of IT Management) where he chairs the Commercial Board responsible for the oversight of Socitm Consulting and Socitm Insight.

Alan Hunt
Having spent 28 years in the IT industry, Alan has been involved in many high profile projects, particularly in the government sector where 'joined-up government' provides significant benefits, but is a major information security challenge.
Alan is an accredited CLAS consultant (CESG Listed Advisor Scheme), and is an acknowledged expert in information security policies, ISO 27001 and Codes of Connection. An advisor to Capital Ambition, the London Public Service Network, Alan has also worked with a number of NHS Trusts and currently acts as technical lead on CfH demonstrator and early adopter projects.
Prior to joining Hytec, he was co-founder and Technical Director of Danetre Business Systems. Alan is married and lives in Rugby - he has a keen interest in aviation and is an avid follower of Grand Prix racing.

Clare Graham
Clare has nearly 20 years experience working on projects in the UK & abroad for a mixture of software development houses, IT service providers & end users alike.
Clare has held a mixture of roles, both permanent and freelance in the UK and abroad since 1991 and joined OLM Group’s Technical Services Team in 2001 as a Senior ORACLE DBA, shaping the early CareFirst Managed and ad-hoc Service offerings and eventually overseeing the move from client/server CareFirst to the web.
In her current role as Head of Operations, Clare carries responsibility for the general business operational function of Hytec, including the company’s “business management system”, CareFirst Managed Service commercials, interfacing with the rest of Group operations, Microsoft Gold Partnership accreditation attainment & co-ordinating Hytec inputs into the ‘new customer on-boarding process’.
Clare has ITIL Foundation & PRINCE2 Practitioner qualifications gained at Hytec/OLM & is currently working towards a MBA at Kingston University.

MIke Burton
Mike Burton has been managing IT infrastructures for over 30 years. He has joined us from a major managed service organisation where he was responsible for the technical teams providing the IT infrastructure for 3000 users for a Greater London local authority.
Mike’s early career began at the BBC where he worked in a number or IT roles including programming, analysis, consultancy and technical support. He then progressed into IT management during the 1980s, managing IT infrastructures for large companies through organisational and technological change.
Mike joins us as Head of IT and will be developing the Group IT operational architecture as well as supporting our customers using his experience gained from working in large public sector organisations.

Dominic Clayden
Dominic has nearly 20 years experience heading up commercial functions within the IT industry.
Having previously built 3 businesses from start up and taken them through to successful sales, he was responsible for creating several high profile channel relationships and defining commercial strategy.
Dominic joined Hytec in 2010 to spearhead Hytec's ongoing commercial development and drive forward sales initiatives.
Dominic is an active member of a number of commercial IT organisations and regularly attends industry events.

David Rivett
David has spent over 24 years in the IT industry involved in delivering many high profile software integration solutions in both Private and Public sectors. Most recently this has involved addressing the needs for Multi Agency Information Sharing between government agencies including Health, Social Care and Education as well as advising, designing and delivering such high profile projects as the Scottish eCare Framework and CfH’s CAF demonstrator pilots.
Prior to joining Hytec, he was co-founder and Technical Director of both PRL Scotland Limited and Hanon Solutions Limited. David also serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Hytec's parent company, OLM Group.
