An overview of PRISM services

 

There are three levels of PRISM Service:

PRISM Base

Security monitoring for those organisations just seeking to supplement their information security team with out-of-hours cover (evenings and overnight, weekends and bank holidays).

PRISM Team

A 24x7 monitoring service where client management are provided event analysis and advice on security updates required.

PRISM Gold

A 24x7 managed service whereby Hytec takes full responsibility for the monitoring, event analysis and updating of an organisation's security infrastructure.

 

Although every PRISM contract is developed to meet the specific requirements of a single organisation, the following matrix demonstrates the scope of each service level.
