Out-of hours and weekend service where Hytec staff complement and supplement your own in-house information security team. Typically this focuses on:

Operational Service (PRISM Team)

Where you retain responsibility for security strategy, user communications and the change control of your information security system.  Hytec takes 24x7 responsibility for the operation of your information security system. The Operation Service comprises:

  • Advice on system patches / technical updates

Full Managed Service (PRISM Gold)

Hytec takes full responsibility for management of your information security system. The Full Managed Service comprises:
