May 2009: Hytec achieves Gold standard
Hytec becomes a Gold Partner - the highest level of Microsoft’s accreditation.
Having implemented IT solutions on behalf of local government and health customers since 1980, we have been recognised by Microsoft as a Gold Certified Partner.
Gold Certified Partners are elite IT service organisations who have earned the highest levels of customer endorsement. They have demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and commitment to implement technology solutions matching customers’ exact business needs.
Becoming a Gold Certified Partner requires companies to demonstrate competency in one of a number of distinct solution areas and we have obtained recognition in three areas: Information Worker Solutions, Networking Infrastructure Solutions and Advanced Infrastructure Solutions. Furthermore, each Partner must employ a minimum number of Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) who have a demonstrated level of technical expertise and the proven ability to deliver solutions featuring Microsoft products. MCPs must pass certification exams developed by Microsoft.
A key benefit to our customers is that Gold Partnership provides us with early access to the latest Microsoft tools and technologies and a direct support infrastructure through which we can obtain support directly from Microsoft themselves.
